- Take part in and lead meetings to understand public transport agencies’ requirements and advise them on the best practices and solutions for their reality, whether for passenger rail, tram or bus
- Exchange information with your colleagues who are developing the HASTUS solution so that public transport agencies’ particular requirements are translated into functional solutions
- Take part in meetings with our partner agencies and write their specifications documents
- Configure, modify, test and document specific developments to ensure that they are adapted to the unique reality of each public transport agency
- Prepare and present analyses that propose functional solutions
- Collaborate with the deployment teams to deliver solutions to agencies
- Monitor the advancement of certain new developments for future functionalities
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for our partners so that they can get the most benefit from our solutions
- Write documents explaining the functionalities of the HASTUS software
- Assist project managers in planning projects and resources

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline
- At least three years of experience in IT, mathematics, management solutions, planning, optimization, public transport operations or any other relevant field
- Keen interest in the field of mass transit (bus, metro, paratransit, etc.)
- Strong desire to learn the inner workings of software for managing and planning mass transit
- Very good level of French and English, both spoken and written
- Available to travel internationally
