We are currently looking for Security Guards at Healthcare facilities in Durham Region - Ajax/Oshawa/Whitby/Port Perry and Bowmanville. As a security guard, you will contribute to the safety and security of patients and all other healthcare stakeholders. Working in a healthcare environment, no two days are ever the same and your role will include responding to codes, conducting patrols and providing integral support to healthcare staff. You may also be required to liaise with various law enforcement agencies from time to time. We are looking for licensed security guards with patience, compassion and empathy who want to make a positive impact in the lives of patients and staff. We will provide all additional training including **Crisis Management, Effective Communications, Management of Resistant Behaviour, Mental Health Awareness and additional healthcare **training.
