The Data Quality & Integration Analyst position is a full-time permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package, based on-site in Edmonton, AB.

**Job Description | (Some of) What You’ll be Doing**
- Developing transferable skills in data integration implementation and data quality analysis
- Having customer facing conversations independently on a regular basis, and be able to articulate data quality nuances and issues to the customer so that the customer can understand the root cause and any resolution necessary
- Taking ownership of all integration tasks with employers and insurance carriers
- Learning new tools and technologies as Effortless Admin evolves its technology stack and adopts the latest methodologies and practices in the cloud
- Creating value for Effortless Admin’s customers by ensuring high quality, high trust data
- Working independently in completing data quality and data integration tasks
- Contributing meaningfully to process improvements for the team
**Applicant Requirements**
- Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with the principles of data analysis and data quality
- Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for creative and collaborative problem solving
- Ability to share data quality analysis results with customers (via Excel and other tools)
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and employee benefits environments
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent technical experience
- Experience with value-based care models
- Experience in an agile environment
- Advanced SQL skills or familiarity with other languages such as Python
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Asana and Jira
- Experience analyzing employee benefits data (claims and/or employee records)
