As a growing company, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help drive both our B2B and retail sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and Retail clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CDC Computers’ client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored technology solutions.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, both in-person and remotely.
- Stay informed about the latest technology products and trends in the industry.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.
- Assist in-store customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Learning and understanding a variety of Different Products and being able to demonstrate them
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a mix of B2B and Retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to drive sales.
- Knowledge of the technology industry is a strong asset.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Minimum of **3-5 years of experience** in B2B sales.
- ** Attention to detail** and a strong ability to follow up with clients and manage sales processes effectively.
- Excellent **spoken and written communication skills in English** (native proficiency required).
- ** Clear and legible writing** skills for client correspondence and internal reporting.
- ** Professional appearance** with the ability to dress appropriately for both in-store and business meetings.
