Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading materials, products, and equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment to load and unload materials
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and ensure accurate loading and unloading
- Inspect materials for damage or defects before loading or unloading
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate loading and unloading schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the loading area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a loader
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up 25lbs)
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of waste industry

Note: This is a paid position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- loading: 1 year (preferred)
