**Duties**
- Provide counselling and therapy to children, youth, and adults, including intake, treatment, planning, and interventions.
- Maintain Records and store files securely.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vulnerable clients and diverse populations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Independently carry your own liability insurance
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients, adhering to Social Work or Psychology regulations.
- Support educational initiatives by providing clients and families with information about mental health resources.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a Social Work degree (Master's Preferred) or a Master's Psychology Degree
- Must have at least 2 - 5 years of one-to-one mental health counselling experience with supervision
- Experience working with children, youth, and adult counselling
- Strong skills in data collection and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices related to mental health care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- A passion for supporting individuals with mental health challenges
