**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clinical supervision to therapists and other mental health professionals.
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support professional development and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Review clinical cases and provide guidance on assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
- Offer mentorship and support to supervisees, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with the clinical director and other team members to maintain program quality and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of child and family psychology.

Qualifications:

- Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a psychologist.
- Previous experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals preferred.
- Expertise in working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
