The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Founding Psychologist to join our team and help shape the future of mental health care. In this part-time, equity-only role, you will play a critical role in the development of our AI mental health companion, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and mental health professionals. As the Founding Psychologist, your deep understanding of psychology and your expertise in mental health care will help guide the direction and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to define the vision, objectives, and features of our AI mental health companion.
- Provide expert input on the development of AI algorithms, ensuring they are grounded in evidence-based psychological principles and practices.
- Assist in the design and evaluation of the user experience, ensuring our AI mental health companion is user-friendly, empathetic, and effective.
- Help identify and establish strategic partnerships within the mental health and AI industries to drive innovation and adoption of our product.
- Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in psychology and AI, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product.
- Advocate for ethical, responsible, and inclusive mental health care practices in the design and deployment of AI technologies.
- Represent ThreeAI as a thought leader, participating in conferences, events, and media opportunities to promote our mission and vision.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or a related field from an accredited university.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Ontario.
- Experience in digital mental health, teletherapy, or AI-driven mental health solutions is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, responsible, and inclusive mental health care practices.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and improving mental health care on a global scale.
