**Job Title**: Auto Insurance Agent | Client Services Representative (CSR)
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle ICBC transactions (renewals, changes, cancellations)
- Stay updated on ICBC procedures and guidelines
- Manage phone inquiries and administrative tasks
- Assist with business development and office duties

**Licensing Support**:

- Full training provided for ICBC Auto Insurance licensing
- Ongoing support for maintaining and renewing licenses
- Opportunities for further professional development and advanced certifications

**Schedule**:

- Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week

**Compensation**:

- $40,000 - $50,000/year based on experience
- Benefits: Dental, health, vision, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, fitness program, commission, and bonus eligibility

**Start Date**: Immediate (rotating between 4 office locations)
