**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated outdoor maintenance personnel to join our amazing team

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine grounds and facilities maintenance
- Collect garbage and recycling from receptacles in all locations
- Keep grounds tidy by collecting litter and debris, sweeping etc.
- Assist with pressure washing and deep cleaning of boats/facilities
- Perform minor repairs that do not require a specialized technician
- Inspect all properties daily, replace light bulbs, identify safety issues Maintain campfire pits, refill dousing buckets with water
- Reposition & clean outdoor chairs, picnic tables and umbrellas
- Maintain BBQs with regular cleaning, restocking propane tanks, testing for good working condition, replacing parts as required Restocking supplies, brochures, and consumables
- Take an active role in waste management & sustainability objective
- Perform other duties, as assigned

**Minimum Requirements**
- Experience using basic hand tools and in a similar role (asset)
- Class G drivers license with satisfactory driving record
- Must be over the age of 25 to drive company vehicles
- Completion of in-house Driver Safety Training required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

**Working Conditions**
- 5 or 6 shifts per week / 6-12 hours per shift
- No shifts start before 8:00am or finish after 11:00pm
- ½ hour unpaid lunch break
- Frequent exposure to noise and time limitations
- Changing priorities and reassignment during shifts
- Uniform must be purchased and worn at all times on shift

**Compensation**
- Wage to commensurate with experience

- Housing available

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
