**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to achieve goals.
- Safely guide vehicles into cleaning bays.
- Follow cleaning package protocols and procedures.
- Understand and deliver services promptly.
- Maintain health, safety, cleaning, and housekeeping standards.
- Stay productive by checking in with supervisors for additional tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and inspect vehicles upon arrival.
- Assist customers at pay stations and provide direction.
- Address customer inquiries and anticipate their needs for a top-notch experience.
- Promote services and offers to customers.
- Work closely with the management team on site maintenance and organizational duties.
- Organize and store products, receive deliveries, and monitor the vehicle lineup

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a car wash or related environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure all vehicles are cleaned to a high standard.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
