Hours will be Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30 pm

Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor/Housekeeping Manager

Position Summary: Prepares soiled linen for wash. Loads and

unloads washer. Cleans work area and maintains supplies. Finishes clean linens according to the

property’s standards. Checks equipment and

keeps maintenance records on machinery.

Specific Duties:
Ø Informs the Assistant Housekeeping Manager about all matters pertaining to the laundry room.

Ø Prepares soiled linen for wash.

Ø Loads and sets cycles on washers.

Ø Checks wash cycles regularly for proper performance.

Ø Unloads washers.

Ø Keeps the laundry room neat and clean.

Ø Checks and stocks supplies in Linen rooms.

Ø Informs the Assistant Housekeeping Manager about any malfunctions on finishing equipment or problems with safety mechanisms.

Ø Checks equipment for proper functioning.

Ø Finishes linens according to property quality standards.

Ø Keeps work areas clean and neat.

Ø Keeps maintenance records on machinery and turns these over to the laundry manager.

Ø Provide superior customer care as well as adhering to the ICARE culture.

Ø Respect all other employees.

Ø Must be able to move, lift, reach, carry, push, & place objects 10lbs or more.

Ø Must be available to work weekdays, weekends & holidays.

Ø Any other assigned duties by management

Management reserve the right to alter/change all operating Policies and Procedures at their discretion and without prior notice.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $15.48 per hour
