**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the training and development of new team members through effective onboarding and ongoing coaching.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including daily deposits and register reconciliation.
- Conduct interviews for potential hires and participate in the recruitment process.
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing merchandise displays that drive sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail operations is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques to assist in hiring processes is advantageous.
