**THE ROLE**

Repair sloped roofing, siding and aluminum on residential projects

Participation in safety program and procedures

Work in a 2 to 3 person crew and safely achieve objectives

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the industry repairing sloped roofing, siding and aluminum in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Should have prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 1+ years)
- Should have an understanding of building systems

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
