Work with teams in various departments on workflows and communications to schools and staff regarding supply support and deployment programs; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business or related field, or a combination of education and professional experience deemed equivalent by the Board. 3 years experience in analyzing data and working in related HR systems including developing reports. 3 years experience working in a fast paced and customer service-oriented environment. Experience with dispatching software and in-house HRIS systems would be an asset.
Experience with working in a unionized environment with multiple collective agreements. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the external individuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel. Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team and office environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills as well as attention to detail required to ensure accuracy. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence, pleasant and positive attitude. Individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), demonstrate mature judgment and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
