**About Columbia Academy**

We are a private school seeking to hire a student recruiter. Columbia Academy is an accredited private school situated in downtown Vancouver. We offer K- 12 education to both local and international students. The primary responsibility of the marketing coordinator will be to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at local and international educational agencies and students. The goal is to attract a greater number of high-quality students and increase our overall student enrollment.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Contact local & international agencies & prospective students to promote school
- Identify and target agencies and prospective students for partnership and registration
- Maintain sales records for reporting purposes
- Provide after sale service after the students register
- Assist office with administrative duties
- Be responsible for organizing and hosting seminars and school events
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean/Japanese are required.
- With a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or customer service roles
- University degree is required.
- Excellent public presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Expert in Social Media management: IG, Facebook, YouTube,etc
- Experience in graphic design, making and editing video
- Experience in digital marketing (Mailchimp, google ads, Facebook)
- Details-oriented, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changes and work under strict guidelines and deadlines.

**Salary**: basic salary $40,000- $50,000

**Bonus**: 2%-3% uncapped commission

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
