**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to create custom wood products.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components.
- Perform cabinet installations, flooring installations, tile laying, and other woodworking tasks as required.
- Engage in restoration projects to repair or refurbish existing wooden structures or furniture.
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving masonry, drywall, painting and plumbing.
- Assist in construction estimating to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials as needed during the construction process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in woodworking techniques and carpentry practices.
- Experience with CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping of wood.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong maintenance person experience with a variety of construction skills including assembly and installation is a plus.
- Competence in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
