**Project Manager II**

**Position Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the organization by driving projects and strategy as the company continues to experience success and growth. You will be responsible for setting the framework and evolving projects within the company from concept to launch. The Project Manager will play a critical part in managing and developing business plans for internal and external projects. You will maintain project plans specifying goals, strategy, schedule, risks, and allotment of resources.

**You can expect to**:

- Oversee various highly complex projects and coordinates the management of multiple related projects.
- Create and maintains multiple project plans
- Manage waterfall delivery projects within an agile development methodology
- Maintain project status (milestones and time reporting) and tracks changes to the baseline plans
- Serve as point of contact coordinating project delivery
- Act as the single point of project communications with executive sponsors, project steering committee, and escalations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years project management experience
- 5+ years of technology experience
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Ability to work within matrixed environment
- PMP and SCRUM Master certification preferred
- Experience in managing external clients and third parties as necessary
- Strong written and verbal skills with proven ability to make effective presentations to C-level executives as well as AGDATA business units
