**Position**: Customer Service Associate / Cashier
**Location**: 29 Fourth Street East, Collingwood
Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

We are looking for a **friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Cashier** to join our fast-growing team at Zisis Greek Street Food As the first face our customers see, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience while ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet every customer with a smile and a positive attitude
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable counter area
- Answer questions and assist customers with menu items or special requests
- Upsell daily specials and promote new or featured menu items
- Restock front-of-house supplies and assist with general cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Handle any customer concerns or feedback in a professional and solution-focused manner

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is an asset, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- A love for Greek food and culture is a big plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
