Reporting to the manager, the main role of the team leader is to effectively support the operations of the fleet department and professionally respond to various needs.

The main responsibilities include providing team management support for level 1 fleet agents (coaching and coordination of fleet activities), ensuring initial and ongoing training, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and contributing to service improvement projects.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**

**Initial and Ongoing training**
- Coordinate initial training of new staff
- Ensure the skills development of level 1 agents
- Draft and prepare materials related to initial and ongoing training
- Identify team training needs

**Supporting fleet team management**
- Assist the department manager in end-of-probation and annual evaluations (participation in drafting and attending meetings)
- Validate agents timesheets for payroll
- Make recommendations for improving practices or tools
- Motivate the team to achieve results according to performance indicators
- Participate in recruitment of new fleet agents
- Contribute to departmental monthly meeting facilitation

**Operations**
- Build weekly schedules for the agents
- Coordinate daily, weekly or recurring priorities for level 1 agents
- Assist the manager in various tasks
- Ensure the quality control of agents’ work based of performance indicators
- Presence in the field to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in various projects related to improving the service provided by fleet agents

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in similar supervisory role
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English (French is an asset)
- Strong computer skills
- Class G driver’s license
- Management and coordination skills

- Excellent oral and written communication
- Interest and ability to solve simple and complex problems
- Rigor and organizational skills
- A strong sense of organization and prioritization
- Demonstrate strong teaching abilities

**CONDITIONS ** 
- Flexible hours according to operational needs (Monday -Friday, occasional weekends)
- Salary: between $27.80 and $34.75 based on experience
- Paid training program
