In this role, you have the opportunity to gain managerial experience under the direction and supervision of the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A South Edmonton Common. You will partner with other team members to strive for the same goal: to care for our guests with excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operator with efficient scheduling
- Assist the Operator with interviews and the onboarding process
- Provide operational excellence during store hours
- Calendar management
- Book-Keeping/Accounting
- Maintain/organize filing systems
- Vendor management
- Assist with voice dictation

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Possess a servant heart, positive attitude, growth mindset, hard work ethic, and character.
- Proficiency in G-Suites, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online etc.
- Outstanding communication/interpersonal abilities, competent in prioritizing, a fast problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines/manage time & projects.
- Has strong references.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or associated field is preferred, but not required.
- **Extremely organized.**:

- **Open to either part time or full time employment.**
- Must be legally allowed to work past 9 PM in Alberta
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 50lbs and perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, bending, walking, handling materials, boxes, equipment, pots and pans, and navigating shelving both high and low
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to meet minimum availability requirements
- Must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to arrive on time for work with consistency
