**Duties include** (but are not limited to):

- Assist with Front Desk duties such as check-in, check-outs, making guest keys, etc.,
- Ensure driveway and entrance are clean and clear of garbage, dirt, snow and ice,
- Greet guests upon arrival and open doors,
- Control incoming and outgoing traffic,
- Correctly identify stored bags,
- Take and retrieve luggage and luggage carts as requested and required,
- Deliver packages to guest rooms or respective departments,
- Being knowledgeable of the Hotel, all its outlets, its layout and services,
- Being knowledgeable of Banff National Park, activities and dining options,
- Provide a high standard of customer service,
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Previous hotel experience at the front desk, bellman, concierge, reservations or related experience is preferred,
- Capable multi-tasker with keen attention to detail,
- Professional and friendly demeanor in person and over the phone,
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills; a second language is an asset as we welcome many international guests,
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$19.50 per hour
