**Customer Service Advisor**

Location: Exeter, Ontario

Position Type: Full-time Permanent

**Responsibilities**:
This position reports to the Service Manager and provides service sales promotion and assists with the administration of the Service Department. Other responsibilities include:

- Provide sales support by contacting existing clients for future service work
- Create and build service packages and promotions for equipment service work
- Administer new and used warranty, protection and maintenance contract plans
- Provide administrative support for work orders, scheduling and trucking documentation
- Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
- Ability to work on a Saturday rotation, as well as extended hours during seasonal demands
- Other duties as assigned

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability for marketing service initiatives and promotions
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- Service maintenance knowledge
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to use standard desktop programs including Microsoft Office, Excel and internet functions
- Experience with and/or knowledge of Ag/Turf Equipment would be an asset
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms and agriculture is preferred
- A college diploma in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
