**Technical Project Manager - Job Description**

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Client Delivery & Implementation
- Serve as the primary project lead for enterprise client implementations, integrations, and custom development requests.
- Translate client needs into technical requirements, collaborating with internal engineering, product, and client solution teams.
- Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, milestones, and project plans.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of client solutions, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by acting as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Client Delivery teams to streamline communication and accelerate feature deployment timelines.

**Project Leadership**
- Oversee the integration of AlertDriving systems with client platforms (e.g., SSO, APIs, LMS).
- Coordinate UAT, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
- Proactively escalate critical issues or delays to leadership or stakeholders when timelines, scope, or resource constraints are at risk.
- Maintain clear documentation for requirements, configurations, and implementation procedures.
- Monitor technical risks and communicate mitigation plans proactively.
- Plan and lead regular project status meetings with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare agendas, present updates on milestones, surface risks and blockers, assign follow-up actions, and document key decisions.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination.
- Serve as liaison between non-technical stakeholders and development teams.

**Collaboration with Product Team**
- Work closely with the Product team to relay client feedback, identify feature gaps, and prioritize enhancements.
- Participate in sprint planning or backlog grooming sessions to ensure client delivery needs are reflected in product roadmaps.
- Assist with beta testing or pilot rollouts for new product features to ensure successful client adoption.
- Provide insights from implementation challenges to help refine product usability, configuration options, or technical documentation.
- Contribute to defining user stories and acceptance criteria for new product features, ensuring alignment with real-world client use cases and delivery requirements.

**Process Improvement**
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline delivery workflows.
- Analyze project performance to recommend improvements in efficiency, communication, and quality control.
- Contribute to internal documentation and templates that promote consistency and repeatability in project execution.
- Support cross-functional efforts to enhance client experience and reduce delivery timelines.

**Qualifications**
- Background in SAAS, client delivery, system integration, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience managing technical projects involving APIs, SSO, or LMS integration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; ability to adapt as needed.
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global clients across different time zones.
- Familiarity with data privacy, GDPR, or enterprise-level security standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong focus on systems integration and technical execution.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

**Pay range and compensation package**

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: $61,000.21-$131,521.04 per year
