Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manger to join BMI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Oversee all project-related activities, including planning, budgeting, prioritizing, and executing.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Direct and manage daily operations, including planning, organizing, and directing projects.
- Agile Implementation: Act as a Scrum Master, facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), manage the product backlog, and coach the team in Agile principles and practices.
- Project Management Adherence: Ensuring that projects are managed according to the approved project plan
- Stakeholder Management: Working with external stakeholders such as clients or other departments within the organisation to ensure that projects meet their requirements
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks involved in a project and developing plans to mitigate risk where possible
- Technical Contributions: Allocate 1/3 of time to technical contributions, including:

- Facilitating CI/CD automation and testing
- Implementing DevOps practices
- Providing technical guidance and support to the development team

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management:

- At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of managing software projects in the telecom domain.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, relevant automation tools, and basic software development skills.
- At least 2 years of experience on Dev Ops practice or test automation or software development
- Experience in embedded systems is a plus
- Soft Skills:

- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage workload and meet project deadlines under high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong analytical capability.
- Quick learner and willing to take challenge
