POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a role for someone who loves a challenge in fixing, then optimizing and growing an amazon store. Our amazon store is less than a year old, has ongoing issues with restricted product policy violations, has many listings that are a mess, and overall needs help. We are focused on FMB to start, but would like to explore FBA with certain skus. This is a contract position offering you 15 hours per week, approximately 5 hours per day x 3 days a week based out of our Oakville Vitamart office.

KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Removing account violations and get/maintain our account health to 250
- Disabling all the products that will cause potential violations
- Conduct an audit of our amazon store to see what opportunities there are for growth
- Activate/create basic listings all the products at Vitamart that are not on amazon (Except for the brands that are restricted from selling on amazon)
- Set up and fully optimize FBM (and eventually FBA) listings for all our private label brands: BestVitamin, Vitacheck, TRUMARK, and PEX
- Do an analysis to see what products currently sold through FBM could potentially be a great fit for FBA
- Do an analysis on what the ROI would be for an amazon campaign for the brands Vitacheck, TRUMARK, and PEX once sold through FBA
- Profitably grow the amazon FBM and FBA business

POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the individual’s results on the amazon side, there might be more hours available working on our shopify store. This would include updating product listings, prices, images, adding new products and overall website maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Having a strong background in amazon selling, specifically restricted policy violations and optimizing listings. Having experience and the below qualifications are important as well:

- 3+ years managing amazon stores
- Attention to detail in fixing violations
- Efficiently manage 10,000 different skus
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

**REQUIREMENTS**:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Part-time contract

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule: Flexible between Monday to Friday 8am-430pm

Work Location: In person at Oakville warehouse/office
