**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Cabinets Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, develop strategies to land large projects, and manage a sales team. If you excel at finding big opportunities and have a knack for leadership, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the Sales Team**: Guide and support the sales team to achieve their goals and boost performance.
- **Develop Sales Plans**: Create and execute strategies to secure large projects such as subdivisions and high-rises, leveraging our ability to handle high-volume production.
- **Build Client Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including builders, developers, and architects, to win major contracts.
- **Find Big Projects**: Actively seek out and pursue large-scale opportunities, including commercial and residential developments.
- **Monitor Sales**: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our kitchen cabinets and train the team on product features, emphasizing our capacity for large orders.
- **Support Marketing**: Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and events designed to attract large projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales management, especially in the kitchen cabinetry or home improvement industry.
- Proven track record in securing large projects and handling high-volume production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies effectively.
