About The Opportunity:_**

In this customer-oriented role, you will be main point of contact for accessing historical property records and residential and commercial building plans for the City of Prince George. This role receives and processes requests and reviews and releases records in accordance with the _Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act_, and City bylaws. The Records and Administration Clerk assists with the organization and maintenance of the City's paper and electronic record filing system and works with the Supervisor to conduct the City's annual review, disposal and archiving of paper records. You will participate in facilitating citywide records management training such as: storage, file plan, retention, and disposal schedules.

**_About Your Background:_**

Along with Grade 12, you have you complete a post-secondary vocational or college course/ program in business, records management, office administration or other relevant field. You have at least three years' relevant experience working in a records and information management environment with a focus on exemplary customer service. Experience must include the creation, implementation and maintenance of corporate information records systems. This role is best suited to an individual who is detail oriented and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and time management abilities.
