**The Role**

Application Sales Specialist is responsible for selling Thermon's products through effective sales strategies and policies in order to maximize sales and profitability. The Inside Sales Representative will provide a high level of sales discipline and excellent customer service through day-to-day contact with customers.

**Thermon Manufacturing Facility is located at 2721 Plymouth Drive, Oakville, ON L6H 5R5.**

**What You Will Do**

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Develop customer accounts: quote prices; secure orders; arrange delivery dates
- Ensure all customer requirements and expectations are well understood before the order is executed
- Build a loyal customer base through dedicated customer service
- Perform heat and heat loss calculations
- Attend product training courses
- Update and/or make aware to appropriate departments of customer information as it becomes available
- Expedite customer placed orders
- Call prospective customers to expand Thermon's product offering
- Prepare quotations and provide product literature as needed
- Maintain documentation of customer communications

**Report Structure**:

- The Inside Sale Representative reports to the Supervisor - Inside Sales

**Training Requirements**:

- ISO Training
- AX Training
- Basic Electricity Training

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- Community College technical degree plus minimum of three years related experience in the industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of process heating products and heat transfer engineering
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Problem solving skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
