**What will you do as a Logistics Coordinator?**:

- Work with freight forwarders to arrange outbound shipments by freight (LTL, air freight & ocean freight) as well as prepare shipping documents and other required paperwork.
- Work with buyers to arrange inbound shipments from vendors.
- Work with customs broker and supply related documents for customs clearance.
- Coordinate shipments between LMI Canada and its 3PL warehouse. Include updating daily ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) and fulfill external sales orders in the ERP system.
- Create ASN by using the customer's portal (for certain customers) for outbound shipments.
- Coordinate for RMA shipments.
- Work with Shipping team to process internal shipping requests.
- Track & expedite (when needed) shipments to ensure on time delivery.
- Working closely with other logistics service providers to assure efficient and effective execution of service requirements.
- Back up for other team members if needed.
- Proactively contributes to and implements continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adheres to LMI Employee Policy Manual.

**What do you need to be successful?**:

- Relevant post secondary Technical or Business diploma or related experience.
- Minimum 1 year working in an import/export coordinator role with international shipping experience.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an asset.
- Being able to read and write Mandarin will be an asset.
