Duties will vary depending on which spot in trailer you are in.
- Preparing, cooking or heating food for customers.
- Taking food orders and getting payment from customers.
- Serving food and beverages to customers while maintaining food and beverage safety protocols.
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstation, counters and equipment.
- Assisting other kitchen staff with their duties.
- Set up and shut down duties can include heavy lifting.

Must have food safe certificate. Drivers license is an asset with bonus if you have experience driving with and backing up trailers (Class 5 is fine)

Seasonal summer events such as music festivals and Exhibitions. Frequent long hours (12s), hotel (if gone overnight) and meals covered when more than 65 km from Moose Jaw for events.

This is a very hot environment, it can be extremely busy, or very very slow.

Transportation is provided, if not traveling with staff vehicle there may be additional charges for entry to events that you will be responsible for.

Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 56 per week
