Thunder Creek Pork Inc, the Moose Jaw, SK facility, located at 720 Lillooet Street West, operates as both a slaughterhouse and meat processing plant. The Moose Jaw facility is currently looking for a Shunt Truck Driver.
Brief Job Description
The Shunt Truck Driver is responsible for performing safe and efficient moves of containers or chassis between different locations at the plant in order to contribute to optimal operations.
Qualification:
Proficient at and licensed to operate a forklift
Drivers Abstract and Class 1 license are required.
Scan gun operator, wrapper, and container loader
Work independently & follow directions in person & by radio
Accurately write/record unit numbers & damages found on equipment
Drive safely and proficiently
Good communication and customer relationship skills
Load and offload deliveries
Assist with various tasks as assigned by the lead hand or supervisor.
