**About us** We are a Professional Health Care Services company who provides optimal client care and wellbeing through the provision of competent and quality healthcare services at home. - "Compassionate minds at work to meet our clients' needs"_ **JOB OPPORTUNITY** The Project Coordinator would work directly under the supervision of the Directors of Caring Touch. - "It’s about touching lives and making a memorable impact."_ **JOB OVERVIEW**: The purpose of this role is to work in conjunction with the Directors internally to lead and support in quality analysis and development/support of processes, while communicating with appropriate outside channels throughout the accreditation phase. This position will be under contract for no less than one year (Can be extended based on the extent of the projects) **You will be responsible for** - Coordinating, gathering and supporting the preparation of necessary required documents and processes for accreditation for Caring Touch - Communications with outside companies and necessary stakeholders - Manage all project files and documents from creation to end of project - this includes change orders, purchase orders and communication documents - Maintaining and updating the project schedule - Monitoring and Maintaining the project budget - Assist with developing and implementing internal processes for increased efficiency Other duties as assigned **Experience**: - Degree or Diploma in business would be an asset - Experience as a Project Coordinator and Health Care Experience - Basic accounting knowledge is required - Familiarity with office management procedures - A valid driver’s license and a vehicle is required **Work Requirements**: - High level of attention to detail and results oriented - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Works well independently, and as part of a team - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - Excellent organizational and leadership skills **Continued Work Requirements**: - 2 Professional References - Criminal Record Check - Covid 19 Immunization Record - 2 Pieces of Photo Identification & Proof of eligibility to work in CA **Caring Touch Home Health Services** (604) 757-5910 Office: 22420 Dewdney Trunk Rd, suite 338, Maple Ridge, BC, V2X 3J5 **Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Part-time **Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay
