**Job Summary**:
As a Renovation Specialist at DaVinci Custom Home Renovation Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various home renovation projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in multiple areas of construction and renovation.

We will consider applicants that are skilled in some of these areas but not all, although all is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Carpentry Work**:

- Execute carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and finish carpentry work.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
- **Demolition and Removal**:

- Safely and efficiently remove existing structures, fixtures, and finishes as needed for the renovation project.
- **Drywall**:

- Measuring and cutting, boarding, taping and jointing, mudding and sanding, texturing, repair work.
- **Painting**:

- **Flooring**:

- Be able to install laminate, hardwood, carpet, vinyl, and tile.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during all renovation activities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other tradespeople, contractors, and Site Leads to ensure the successful completion of renovation projects.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process and propose effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter, drywaller, painter, with a focus on renovation work.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of construction and renovation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
