**Overview**
We are seeking a driven, technically proficient Technical Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth and client engagement. In this role, you will leverage your background in solar design, installation, and computer networking to deliver compelling product demonstrations, manage the entire sales process, and provide ongoing customer support.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and mentor the technical sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Solar Online’s innovative solar solutions, emphasizing key features, benefits, and ROI.
- Develop pre-sales strategies, proposals, and customized offerings that address specific client requirements.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that integrate solar design with networking and cloud technologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends and competitor activities to position Solar Online’s products effectively.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to drive continuous product and service enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a technical sales role, with a solid background in solar design, installation, and computer networking concepts.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Proactive problem solving mindset, capable of analyzing client needs and providing effective solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

**How to Apply**
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
