Structural Quality Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Analyze data collection processes to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the QA/QC team in performing routine checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Facilitate training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and compliance status for management review.
- Ensure that all fabrication processes align with established quality standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Quality Management, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis related to quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to our products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a team of QA/QC professionals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly across all levels of the organization.
- A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- quality assurance: 10 years (preferred)
