**Job Accountabilities**
- Manage Vendor co-ordination and Change Management.
- Review, analyze, streamline and document business processes and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters and developers in refining stories for proposed epics.
- Determine cloud-based systems requirements in alignment with architectural guiding principles and with input from solution architects.
- Building design artifacts with input from developers for outcomes to be enabled in a verifiable manner.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential options, tools and approaches to deliver the desired system capabilities, including an assessment of effectiveness, efficiency, user satisfaction, health and safety, and accessibility to measure or improve the usability of new or existing products or services.
- Build specifications to support integration with on premise infrastructure services and to allow for portability across public cloud providers.
- Seek to resolve both reactive and proactive problems throughout the information system and technology lifecycle, including classification, prioritisation and initiation of action, documentation of root causes and implementation of remedies to prevent future incidents.
- Document the design and ongoing management systems that deliver against strict requirements for functionality, scalability performance and reliability whilst working to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate standards

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of six years’ experience in ORACLE Products (FLEXCUBE & OBDX), with a proven track record of implementing & delivering Flexcube Support services.
- Experience of implementing the automation of services and infrastructure.
- Previous experience selecting, configuring and installing third party vendor tools that are compatible in a multi-cloud environment, including effective design and management of detailed testing plans.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and experience working with Configuration Management Database (CMBD), System Outage Analysis (SOA), Component Failure Impact Analysis (CFIA) and statistical analysis and trending tools
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy timeline driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners providing ongoing communication and progress updates.
