**Position Title**: General Duties (Production Temp Room and Labeling Attendant)
**Location**: Edmonton, AB

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Retrieve product from warehouse and move to temp room.
- Opening product and transferring to production.
- Scan product into and out of production as necessary.
- Monitor product for HACCP hazards (damages, defects, packaging material, or contaminants).
- Monitor temperature and length of time in temp room. Product no higher than 4 degrees Celsius.
- Use machinery as instructed (only personnel trained on specific equipment are permitted to use).
- Clean special production rooms weekly, according to written sanitation procedures.
- Follow company, HACCP and CFIA policies and programs related to food safety and sanitation.
- Put stock away and rotate properly.
- Complete all required logs and reports.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Willingness to work with raw meat products.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing 30+ lbs. safely and effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to sustain prolonged periods of activity, repetitive movements, and manual labor.
- Previous work experience is an asset but not required.
- Training will be provided.
- Commitment to safety standards and practices.
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided).
- First Aid certification would be considered an asset.
