Regional Director

**We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead the existing team of CFOs and book of business in Ottawa. This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.**

As a Regional Director, you will guide a talented group of Chief Financial Officers dedicated to helping ambitious $2-100M businesses reach new heights. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Eastern Ontario region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.
- Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.
- Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
- Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

**Desired Qualifications & Attributes**:

- Solid commercial background with a proven record in developing new business.
- CPA/CMA
- 5+ years CFO experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building lasting relationships.
- Consistently surpassing sales targets with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to align with the Company’s Purpose and Culture.
- Experience in achieving sales goals within the SMB market.
- Proven capability to engage and influence SMB owners.
- In-depth understanding of the CFO role.
- Team-oriented mindset, skilled in leading and inspiring high-performing teams.

Pay: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
