Water Restoration Techinician

We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible full-time Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team

Experience is an asset although not required, training will be provided, as necessary. Starting wage will be based upon experience with opportunities for advancement as we grow together.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Water damage services
- Water extraction and removal of water damaged materials
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Mold remediation
- Set up and maintain containment
- Bio Hazard cleanup
- Keep the job site clean and professional.
- Must possess a valid Ontario G license with a clean record
- Must be able to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Available for routine on-call emergency services and after-hours work
- Must lift heavy items up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Employees may be required to routinely climb ladders and work in high places.
- Workspace may be contaminated with heavy smoke residue, mold, and mildew, contaminated water, or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites.
- Previous restoration experience is a benefit, training can be provided as well
- IICRC training an asset

Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00
- On call - Rotational

Licence/Certification:
**VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST**

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
