**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a well-dressed and personable Sales Associate to represent our boutique and assist customers in elevating their style. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and weekday availability, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized advice and styling tips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Present yourself in a polished and professional manner that aligns with the boutique’s style.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and managing social media content, to help grow the boutique’s online presence.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A well-dressed and stylish individual who reflects the boutique’s brand image.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in retail sales and familiarity with social media advertising (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite) is preferred.
- Knowledge of men’s fashion and trends is an asset.
- Availability to work weekdays (required) — occasional weekend shifts may be scheduled if needed.
- A positive and approachable attitude.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an asset but not mandatory.
