Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We're a small happy team who feels fortunate to be able to help our community with their hearing needs. We are looking for an additional front desk receptionist. Although preferred, no previous experience in a hearing clinic is required. The major duties are:
- answering phone calls and booking appointments
- making minor repairs and cleaning hearing instruments
- billing both private pay and third party orders
- shipping and receiving, general office paperwork
We are looking for someone who
- is kind and patient on the phone in order to answer questions and book appointments
- is happy and friendly and works well with our patients and within our team
- is comfortable on a computer and eager to learn new software
- is reliable and consistent, careful and methodical
- has manual dexterity and good vision to work with small hearing devices and tools
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
