We pride ourselves on offering our customers a dependable and dedicated team of Reliability Engineering Specialists who utilize technical knowledge in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), root Cause Analysis (RCA), practical hands-on experience, engineering design, and project management skills to implement asset management solutions.

This permanent, full-time position involves regular site visits to the surface plants and underground mines in the Greater Sudbury Area.

In this position, you will:

- Monitor asset performance and implement asset maintenance strategies that maximize asset uptime to meet business unit production targets.
- Asset Maintenance Program gap analysis - Perform equipment failure and delay analysis to assess AMP adequacy.
- Root Cause Failure analysis studies of equipment failures
- Asset Management activities such as:

- Asset Criticality Assessments, Asset Condition Assessments
- Predictive and proactive Maintenance Program development (PMs)
- RCM and FMEA assessments
- Manufacturing Integration Implementation (BoMs, stock codes, serialized components, and management.
- Critical documentation such as work instructions, troubleshooting guides, training, documents, QA/QC forms, checklists, etc.
- Monitoring and tracking of reliability performance.
- Implement maintenance Work Management. Collaborate with trades around work identification, planning, and execution. Establish a set of priorities and KPIs to ensure adequate standards, procedures, and EMP are followed.

Work Environment:

- Manufacturing and Industrial facilities (Steel Mills, Smelters, Underground)
- Office
- Remote work is available as required

Hours of Work:

- Normal hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM, Over-time available for extended hours as required for project deadlines and on-going equipment issues or periods of workload.
- Flex hours available depending on project deadlines

Education: Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fourth-year students entering the workforce will be considered.

Must reside and be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Experience: Co-op, New graduates - 0-3 years experience. Working towards a professional engineering designation.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on machining or mechanical technician experience.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong data analytic and comprehension skills in (Power BI and Power Pivot)
- Maintenance management system (CMMS and SAP).
- 3-D Modeling and CAD skills (SolidWorks, MicroStation)
- 0-3 years in a Reliability or Maintenance engineering related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Word, Power BI).

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
