**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook various items according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including cooking equipment and work surfaces and back kitchen.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
- Ensure proper portion control and food presentation according to company guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and kitchen operations.
- Other Ad-hoc requirements related to the restaurant as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality meal preparation.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to contribute positively to the culinary team.
