**Responsibilities**
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
- Assist craft workers
- Perform site clean-up.
- Restore landscaping to its original state.
- A willingness to learn, demonstrated initiative, ability to make decisions based on sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations

**Qualifications**
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a work permit to work in Canada
- Must have valid G license with clean abstract and own transportation
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
