**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Customer Relations**
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional client service.
- Present and explain our product offerings with accurate, reliable technical and commercial knowledge.
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies, product launches, and promotional events.

**Digital Marketing & Campaign Management**
- Create and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads and other platforms).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor, track, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

**Social Media Management**
- Create and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor channels, engage with audiences, and respond to messages/comments.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to improve social media performance.

**Content Creation & Communication**
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop accurate, audience-focused promotional material.
- Craft persuasive marketing copy to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Design and prepare visual marketing assets such as brochures, banners, digital ads, and event display items.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in sales and/or digital marketing is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Proven editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and escalate issues when necessary.
