Exchange Marketing is expanding our team in Winnipeg and are currently seeking motivated Sales and Customer Service Representatives

We are a marketing and professional fundraising company that specializes in high volume market engagement and acquisition. We’re looking for people who are passionate about growing their careers in marketing and acquisition while making a positive impact in our community

**Qualifications and Desired Skills**:

- Must be able work work Monday to Friday, 12-8 pm or part-time (3 weekdays per week from 12-8 pm)
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to develop new skills and demonstrate a growth mindset
- Energetic, outgoing, and possess excellent customer service skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Must be able to be on your feet for up to 5 hours
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an asset, but not required

**Responsibilities**:

- Acquire new donors through face to face meetings
- Maintain relationships with existing donors
- Develop creative marketing strategies on behalf of client campaigns
- Organize campaign events/booths
- Process gifts of various amounts
- Attend daily board meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R3B 3H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
