Located on the beautiful waterfront in Sidney, Jacks is a vibrant, upbeat restaurant where we prioritize turning first-timers into regulars. We’re currently hiring Servers for the summer season (and possibly beyond) to help us deliver the elevated yet casual dining experience our guests have come to love.

SERVER ROLE:
Be the face of the dining experience We’re looking for confident, personable, and efficient servers who can deliver top-notch service while keeping things fun, smooth, and guest-focused. You’ll work closely with our support team and fellow servers to create an unforgettable visit for every table.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 2+ years of serving experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn our service standards and take feedback with openness.
- Flexible availability, 4-5 shifts per week including evenings and weekends. Especially Sundays.
