We’re seeking skilled and reliable handymen/women to join our team with **flexible hours** ranging from casual to full-time. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to stay active in semi-retirement, this role offers **flexibility to set your own availability** and manage your workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and structures.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and fix issues in plumbing, electrical systems, and other areas.
- Handle tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, painting, and furniture assembly.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain clear communication with clients and management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in general repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with a minimum $2M liability coverage.
- Own vehicle and tools are required.

**Compensation**:

- We pay by piece-work averaging between $25-45/hour depending on skillset required for each job.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
- Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
- Electrical: 1 year (preferred)
- Appliance repair: 1 year (preferred)
- Drywall: 1 year (preferred)
- Residential painting: 1 year (preferred)
