**Year-round work in property maintenance.**

**Must have a least 5 years construction experience.**

**Job includes, but not limited to, carpentry work, small roofing repairs, siding & railing installation and repairs, metal cladding & eavestrough repairs/service.**

**Must have own transportation to and from shop. Good driver's abstract required to drive company vehicles.**

**Wages $25.00 - $35.00 based on experience - knowledge - punctuality.**
